Getting Started
Processing your order
Please allow 3 working days to process your order before shipping it.
Order Status
On your account page you can see the status of your order. You must have an shop account to view the status of your orders. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail. If you have chosen UPS Express shipping you will also be able to track and trace your shipment in realtime on your accountpage.
Shipping
We offer Priority Shipping ($11.50), shipping time: 7 to 14 business days. For the larger orders and more expensive orders we also offer UPS Express shipping ($69.95) for 100% insured shipping and guaranteed shippingtime with Realtime Tracking and Tracing of your order - UPS Express Shipping guarantees 3 business day shipping. For both shipping methods goes that all packages are shipped with a glass insurance if glass objects are included. Some of our competitors use lower or free shipping costs to attract customers, we however do not. The reason for this is that we want to offer you the highest quality shipping and we want to deliver on time (where most of our competitors do not). We offer very competitive product pricing and we believe we are among the cheapest (with the best quality) in the industry. Our shipping prices guarantee a worry free delivery and enjoyment of your product.
NOTE: SHIPPING PRICES ARE PER SHIPMENT, IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU ORDER 1 ITEM OR 10 ITEMS. THE SHIPPING PRICE WILL REMAIN THE SAME.
Out of stock/backorders
Normally we have all products in stock, but in case we don't, you can leave your email at "the out of stock" button next to the items that is out of stock. We will inform you by email when this item is in stock again.
Carrier
When you take your order to the checkout, the shipping costs will be added automatically. All our packages are shipped with International Priority Shipping. The shipments have a glass insurance if needed and are insured against theft and accidental damage.
Packaging
Your order will be packed in a discreet bubble pack envelope or a white cardboard package. The waybill of the courier company will be attached if applicable. The courier will not know what the package contains.
Customs
Due to very strict regulations in some countries, we can not guarantee that customs does not confiscate your order. Please note that we do not take responsibility for orders confiscated by customs.
Responsibility and Disclaimer You personally take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase. If importing/owning smoking accessories is illegal in any country or part of country, www.grasscity.com accepts no responsibility as to verify the legitimacy of the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by local authorities.
How to shop
1. Search for the product you are interested in (see the "Search products" section below).
2. Click on "details" for more information and bigger product pictures.
3. Click on the button "Add to shopping cart" to add it to your shopping cart
4. When you are happy with the products you have in your shopping cart, click on the button "checkout" in the basket page or in the top menu.
5. Fill out your personal details. (You only have to state telephone number when you choose UPS express delivery. This is a request from UPS). Or login if you have previously shopped with us. You can now also make a new account but it is not necessary to shop with us.
6. In the final step, check that all details are correct and fill out your credit card details, or money order details.
7. If your payment information is approved you will receive an "ok" message. The payment details will be mailed to you. You will also receive an order confirmation with your login details per email.
8. The next time you shop with us, remember to log in first.
Search for products
In the side menus Specials, Smoking, Smoking Accessoires and Miscellaneous, you can browse the different product lines. If you click on a line you will see a page with all the products of the respective line that we currently have in stock. You can also search for a product by using the search box in the top left menu.
Your shopping cart
Each time you add a product you will get to your shopping cart page where you can see all items that you have currently in your shopping cart . You can reach your shopping cart page at any time by clicking the link in the top menu called "shopping cart". You can easily remove any products from the shopping cart by clicking the "delete" field next to it.
Your Account
To see your personal account page you must be logged in. On the account page you can see all your previous orders and receipts. Here you can also change your personal details as name and address. From the account page you also manage your Profile and order returns. But most importantly, you can check the status of your order. If you choose "order tracking" you will receive real-time info from our warehouse about the status of your order(s), if it's shipped or not. If you choose for UPS Express shipping, you will also will be able to track and trace your order online with UPS. On the "order tracking" page you will see your unique UPS tracking number, this will also be send to you by email if we ship your order.
How to get a password
You will have to login to receive a username and password. Choose "login" in the top menu. You will than have access to all the benefits of an member, get discounts, receive special mailings with sale information and you will be able to rate products and write reviews.
Lost Password
Please use the password form on the support page to retrieve your password. Just enter your email address (the one you stated when you registered as a customer) and your login details will be sent to you.
Product Guarantee
We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. We promise to deliver high-quality products, in new condition, to your door. We guarantee the item you select, "add to shopping cart" and purchase is the exact item you will receive. If for any reason your merchandise is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order (usung the return option in our account pages). We promise to process your request in a timely manner.
